Your sessions

In your one-to-one consultation, Amy will ask questions regarding your eating habits, preferences and the role food and drink takes in your life.  It is important to build trust and get to know you and your health priorities.

She will also need to know about your medical history and current medications along with your height and weight.  On occasion, blood tests may also be required.

Please feel free to ask questions throughout the session.

Using this information and following your discussions, Amy will build a nutritional plan where together, a realistic and achievable outcome is possible.
