Attended today for an Ultrasound scan on my Achiles , Sonographer Lizzy was a dream , thorough and knowledgeable ,nothing was too much trouble ,she explained everything in clear terms and all done with a lovely friendly demeanor. I have used this service several times and always had nothing but 100 % satisfaction

Rob, the sonographer, was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and clearly explained the ultrasound process. He took the time to go over his findings and what he observed. I also appreciate the entire team for making the experience smooth—I arrived early and was seen before my scheduled appointment. Thank you!

I can thoroughly recommend this service. I was treated promptly with kindness and understanding. Lizzie was a delight and the phone operators were also helpful. A thorough report was done on the same day as my scan.

My husband and I have used the services provided by Illumina on several occasions in the past and more recently and have always received a first class service. The Sonographers (Carol, Lizzie and Rob) are all very professional, caring, friendly and have the ability to immediately put you at ease. The admin team are extremely efficient (special thanks to Zoe for her support in arranging my scans and liaising with my GP/the hospital to chase the referral paperwork).
The environment is very clean and high quality, the team are extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Illumina to anyone requiring the services they offer.

Had the pleasure of meeting the team at Illumina Diagnostics, and a tour of their superb facilities. As a musculoskeletal practitioners we regularly have patients who need help beyond our scope of practice ie scans , corticosteroid injections. Currently appointments via the NHS can often be a lengthy wait. Illumina Diagnostics offer a highly efficient service valuable to our community.
